Hello. Seems like this preloader incompatible. Try to download newer firmware. Also, what phone condition now?

currently the phone is dead no power o vibration at all even not charging tried with a charger which shows charging save light

Also this can be hardware issue.

The device was working well but was maya-al10 varient i tried to convert it it maya-l21 for play store services but unfoutunately it went dead
