hi team, i need help to solve issue with pandora box not detected card reader in device administartor, i can hera when i conect the box but software no detetc the box, i was using the soft before, idecided to switch cable and after that it wont detect the box anymore

nothing to need install, everything plug & play.

you have to connect USB-mini connector side to pc.

i did that but still box not detected, it was working before, all i did was restart my pc, i tried with all 8 usb ports with no luck.

When you connect usb, you can able to see led powered ?

in Open Device manager > Connect USB To Box USB Port

check when ever if you connect box , you will see anything port detect and undetect

can you try another PC, to be sure that box OK?

or try install USBDeview software and remove all devices with VID 1FC9 & PID 82B2 and VID 1FC9 & PID 82B3, then reconnect BOX

i tried 3 different pcs, im also installing win 7 on another pc, il try usbdeview and post result

ok check to see i fthere is any device with VID 1FC9 & PID 82B2 and VID 1FC9 & PID 82B3, but theres nothing with thta, i also trie using fresh windows 7 instalation and got this error the driver package was not installed on any device because there are no matchoing devices in the device tree, ERROR CODE (0XE000020B)

hi I've contatced gsmserver, and the box has to be replaced, but for me is almost impossible to ship it due shipping cost, ist almos $160 to ship the box to hon kon, id like to know if you con guide me on fixing it, because i cant afford to pay so much just for shipping

I failed to install with windows 7. It only worked with windows 10.

I'll come back with details. Pandora Box also works with windows 7 and 10. On a computer with windows 7 that didn't work, I tried all the USB ports in turn and finally found one that worked and the green led on the box stayed lit and it stopped blinking. It is very picky with USB ports. On another computer with Windows 10 where it was working, I took it out several times and put it in other USB ports and in the end it didn't go anywhere. P.S. I used a different quality cable as the connection cable to the PS and not the one from the box, and I did not use the adapter from the box with the power port.
