Pandora Box disconnection issue [Answered]

The title says it all, but let me explain in a bit of detail. While the Pandora box is connected to your PC, if you slightly move it such as pick it up in your hand and then place it again on the table it gets disconnected and connected again. I can hear the sound of hardware connect and disconnect in windows also Pandora tool shows the hardware disconnection error as well. Is there anyone facing the same issue or is it just me?

EDIT: To be clear that its not an issue of my laptop usb ports because I bought it a month ago and also the same issue on an other desktop PC of mine. Also the pandora box is like a brand new bought it last month as well. You can confirm it from the SN: AAEB66BE

I've tried 2/3 cables but still the issue persists. I strongly believe the issue is with the power adapter cable. Because if I just slightly press it here with my fingers it gets disconnected and connected again. Not sure if its the exact issue or I'm just getting paranoid

Just inspected it more thoroughly it could be the issue of Box's power adapter port as well.

I explained everything to the reseller and he told me to send it back for inspection. So, I did it. But as per my analysis, the pandora box's micro usb port was loose which causes the disconnection on a slight move.
