same problem, when i changed type-c phone conected. but when software in idle state,phone reconize by pc and other soft with original cable.

i already do that phone. when problem will repeat i will make video and photo.
in my opinion, problem is in bad connect between box type-c connector and cable.

Yes Pandora box has a general connection problem but always changing the USB connection between the phone and box solves the issue. Yet if you connect phone direct to pc it will be detected well
