wiko w-v730 network locked.now show "the slot has ben permanantly locked" [Answered]


wiko w-v730 network locked.and mobile model not in mobile list .slect unkown wiko and unlock network after unlock network now show "the slot has ben permanantly locked"on mobile screen.any solution.and imei repair also not worked
