today I tried one iPhone 8, same problem.
IC-Info.sisv doesn't exist!!!

If backup is successful just erase device and restore backup file, I have done that and it work

Look for IC-Info.sisv file in this folder =FairPlay\iTunes_Control\iTunes ,if it is there then your backup is successful .

You can restore Activation data and phone will be activated and working just fine but the problem you will be facing is Icloud sign in, you wont be able to sign in on Icloud.

and I still see no admin responded anyone have any idea how to fix.
I even tried 3u flash and started over and that's when I added the activation missing smh
the folders are empty activation records and fair play all empty
anyone have anything. iPhone 7plus

if the phone is on hello screen than you than you will not be able to get signal only bypass. buy if the phone is password/disabled than you will be able to get it unlocked with signal
