Did you backup first wuth 3utools or just worked on UNLOCKTOOL, because i have the same devices with same issues except ios 13.x ….

for ios 13, jailbreak, backup passcode, erase, jailbreak, restore passcode.


for ios15 ... 3uTools, upgrade with RETAIN USERDATA option,
ramdisk - backup passcode - erase - ramdisk - restore

They were bypassed before, and updated later to different ios.

Only possible if you already have backup,
or ... paid services, of course, for full bypass with signal.


p.s. That's why is important, after bypass, to disable update+reset/erase...
