ipad 7ma A2197 bypass passcode problem..

hello, I'm trying to bypass ipad 7ma A2197 in passcode, I do the boot ramdisk successfully but after I give it backup passcode it always throws the same error and it shows that the ipad is connected perfectly.

BACKUP PASSCODE Initializing... OK
Connecting to device... FAIL
Failed to establish connection to the device!
Tips : Make sure device has been jail-broken/ramdisk booted!
UNLOCKTOOL 2022.10.24.0
Elapsed time : 3 seconds

If, after ramdisk booted, device not showing under usb ports (apple usb ...),
then it didnt boot properly.

repair drivers, retry process, keep looking device manager,
it will dissapear and come back few times.
After ramdisk boot (last step, will dissapear but must come back and stay).
