Maybe a DNS issue, try using ADGuard DNS
(manually setup in network adapter properties under ipv4 (94.140.14.14 ; 94.140.15.15)

I think get Error in Firmware, sure you will have RECOVERY 3 in Android 10.

If have this error, first Update you RECOVERY to 5 then try in SIDELOAD MODE
