1001 phones inc trusable ? - GSM-Forum

October 15 th we ordered phones from this guy called Marco Beggio from italy. We transfered 10300 USD oct 20. for cetain amount of gsm phones to his spanish account.
Phones never showed up and the man only gives very poor feed back on email. We can not get his phonenumber or his adress. He even send us fake UPS tracenumber. We found out by calling ups and get investigations about the package.
We now repported this "company" to the police and the lawyer runs the case on this guy.
We normaly never hangs other people out, but this is seriuos deal and lot of money to loose.

Has anyone else dealed with this guy before? Good/bad things?
Or else we must decline this man a cheater

This is for ALL MEMBERS OF THIS BOARD! Please do NOT! Transfer large amounts of money into accounts of anonymous people who mail you with bogus offers of selling phones at very cheap prices! I have received many mails from a person in NIGERIA saying he sells phones, i ask him for pictures and he sends me a picture of him holding his old motorolla (this man is a CON)

If you think the person is serious , before sending 10000USD think to yourself. isnt it safer to fly to destination country and confirm the order and view it for yourself? Please to all members! dont ever make this mistake or you will be bankrupt in a couple of months!

Tnx, the cheater told us to go F"#¤ ourself. It is difficult to track this cheater down but we have repported him to the police. They use adresses in both Germany, Italy and Spain, even Romania. He used a website on Ebig china. We just learned not to trust anyone.

Best thing is to keep your emails and send them to your Internet provider and notify the police, you can track this person down using these details. because your isp will know what city he email you from and also what his address is (they wont tell you all these things but it always helps to inform them because the police will have access to all this)
