So beware or you will lose your money!
I'm going to attach the whole Whatsapp and Skype transcripts to let anyone see how good he is in what he does! Anyway, this is the story in short.

I needed to unlock a few IMEIs, I came across his ADs here on the forum and decided to contact him. He offered good prices, so after a bit of negotiation I decided to try his service and gave him my IMEIs. He wanted to be paid in advance, but he couldn't accept PayPal because he is in India, he cannot use PayPal, he didn't want to lose money, he already lost money, etc. He has a PayPal donate link here on the forum btw.

Long story short. He wanted me to use Western Union, Neteller or Skrill. All systems globally known to be the safest payment option around. Yes, all scammers know that! So, against all my suspects and all the red flags,I opened my account, founded it and finally made my payment for just one test IMEI (100$, Transaction ID 372469364601496). I think it's worth to mention that I stumbled a bit opening my account and this guy offered to take care of everything. I only needed to give him my password and change it once he was done. How nice of him!

At this point you can probably see the end of the story.
Yesterday, after a week from my payment, he reported my IMEI as unlocked, removed me from his Whatsapp group and stopped answering all my questions.
Of course the IMEI is still locked and he ran away with my money.

You should probably take a look at the chat transcript to take a taste of his art. As I said he's a very talented scammer and I feel very stupid at this point, but that's how it goes and I knew the risks. I just hope he can be stopped from doing what he does, at least here on the forum.


SCAM ANALYSIS

1) When asked for reviews and references he adds you to his personal Whatsapp group (ALL ABOUT UNLOCKING) of very satisfied customers who will confirm how good the service is. "Thanks bro, very fast. Hey, I sent my IMEIs yesterday, how come they're still locked. Don't worry bro, they will be unlocked in 24h... Done! Thank you very much". Something on this line.

Most of the contacts there are fake. He's just him under different disposable numbers. I got a reply from a few memebers of the group who got in touch with him in the past and they confirmed my thoughts. It's all fake! His contact in India is also fake.

I'm not allowed to post links here on the forum (unless admin is willing to change that), but again it's just a fake. It's a local html page on his pc which shows your IMEI at the top a fake list.

This is why I wanted to use PayPal.. Not to cheat you. Just because of this xxxx. Payment declined and my funds locked in their account. I already called them to fix it. As soon as they lift the lock the payment will be processed.
