I have asked too many times now for payment, and as last resort I have had to post here to let people know that you do not pay for items you buy. At one time we were good friends, but good friends do not steal from the other! Same goes for your crime partner Jay (.:GSM Internationl:.) who also owe me money for more than a year. If you 2 really think only way to make money in this business is to cheat others maybe it time you stop and go to job centre!! keep the money for now, because I have your shop details and will action a small claims to your shop on Monday. Member: 341849 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | Thanks for comments all.... Since this post I have had 3-4 people contact me saying they too are owed money from this joker! I have his details and have filed a claim online here: https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco/index.jsp It don't cost much, and he will be liable for all court charges and interest, as well as having a ccj registered against him for the amount and will have to appear at the local county court to answer to the charges. And if I fel like reporting it to the police, he may also be arrested for obtaining items with no intention of paying - this is known as Fraud! It don't matter who it is, or how much it is and having done this on a few occasions I actually got my money back each time so it is worth doing! So if you are also owed money by this cheater I suggest you check the link above... Regards |
