Hello,

With too much regrets and too much anger i write this post !

I am Wajih Owner of Code-GSM, i have many customers and many sellers that i am dealing with.

From about two days, i have been contacted by one of my customers that he formatted his computer and he changed his hard drive (HE WAS ON WINDOWS 7).

He wanted to reactivate his licence.

So he contacted me.

I tried to contact my reseller and he said to me that he don't deal anymore with "dtprotool.com" with this number +573046501469 for problems similar to mine.

I have tried to contact him directly, and he didn't stop saying to read the rules before to format the computer (the tutorial that he wrote was for WINDOWS 10).

All other ones are giving access to restore access to licences.

I have spent my money for nothing.

THIS MAN DON'T know how to deal with peoples and he thinks just about himself and not how to make RIGHT BUSINESS and FAIR BUSINESS.

So i write this post to aware everyone about him.

I had screenshots about all our discussion, i will post them if necessary.

SO PLEASE BE AWARE.

My customer blocked now and he paid his money to get blocked.

Don't work with him, apparently he has no solution to recover your access in case you lost it.

our software has been in the market for 2 years offering first-hand solutions! and first in the world,

We have always said this license is for a single computer, it is totally standalone, it does not need a server or internet to work!

all our clients are warned before buying !!

-We always talk to our customers and say things in our favor!

we in 2 years have not used credits for nokia xiaomi or huawei!

SORRY my friend, it was me who paid the money and it's in your pocket,
my reseller don't want to deal with you anymore.

And if have been in market from 2 years, we are "Code-GSM" present in market from 12 YEARS

the world "CHEATER" is not just a word buddy !

I was not asking for a second licence.
I have sent you the licence and if you can't afford accessing your tool, don't dump people and sell them something that works temporary !

I admit that you are very good in marketing ! and we now that in this domain, reputation is more relevant than marketing.

So, take this advice from someone that is bigger than you :
Either work well, give a good support and work for the next 10 years to have my reputation or STOP WORKING and Selling winds to people (Photoshop and marketing are not a very good solution).

Money goes and comes brother, we can make you a donation link to collect money i can help you, but don't beleive that you are selling a service that will last.

I was following this tool from the beginning of this year and I really wanted to buy it but when I look at their license rule, I just know it is a no go area for people like me who format our computers regularly. Who writes a good software like this tool and plays around it with a boring licensing rule? Mr. tool owner, be flexibly with your rules for people to patronize you.

you must read them before buying -DTPRO! We do not charge credits for doing services that other tools do!

everyone pays nokia xioami huawei Auth via server using credit method in many models,
simple DTPRO Does not charge you credits !! a lot of engineering files not cheap! they are free in the DTPRO support!

If you buy DTPRO it is because you need it and you will get firsts in each update!

They have always helped me with support, I have made many phones totally free with DTPRO, while other tools ask me for credits

To format, you just have to follow the video guide, it's simple and it's step by step.

What is the point of making license a headache for people if you can actually make it a bit flexible? The point is the lincesing, I have followed this team carefully from the beginning of this year and I bet they are the best when it comes to nokia but people want more than just a good tool, they want a better working environment which this team is refusing to give.

I don't know why they make these bad plays against this tool, which has been in the market for 2 years helping many unlockers.
I have unlocked phones without any extra payment and other tools ask me for credits

I have been able to make the Nokia 4.2 first hand when nobody supported them a year ago. and I do not understand how they come here to talk about things that are detailed in the description of the tool.

to buy this tool is to obtain our investment almost instantly.

Please use the guide to format, once I lost my license and they helped me, I don't understand why they get into this.

DTPRO is a good tool, and if I lose it I will buy it again, because I am going to get my money back easily and it has a large list of supported models first hand.

honestly many people talk just to talk, they have never had DTPRO! and they already say what is not convenient for them to continue renting auth accounts and similar

dtpro is great, I love it, I'm a dtpro user and I've had it for a long time and I can't complain

in my city I was the first to do xiaomi without auth accounts, I could do nokia 4.2 that nobody could --- that the credits were lost when I tried to do them with other tools
