after talking to there support the decline to refund me !!!

I feel your pain bro , i had same issue with same team but as professional as it is i had to contact them and report this to them, i wasn't after the credit dou but to let them know the feedback and use the info to better their software like any other professional team..To my surprise the Skype urgent on duty that day was drunk and had a problem with his wife before he left home to work so all he did was extend his anger on me and called me cheater for only $8. even after screenshot to show him one fone charged twice...

same situation. i have 120 credits with this tool and very bad support, no updates no refunds. supported only old models!

Hi, dear @rami10101, @citiline, I unknow your reason for blammed a repectful tool, Im supporter, I never see you contact me as product supporter... I answer and help users day by day from at least more than 4 years.. everyday, and never see you contact me on skype, etc... I answer and help all users doubts, always with respectful acttitude and words... please do not judge and make bad argues only from your point of view.... thousands of users use tool... thousand of good reports, you can check posts and see by yourself... with all respect... he is blocking clients acount on cheaper reasons
when contact on skype he misbahve with clients
no boday have rigts to do misbahve with clients
this is not professional deal
this is very poor mentality this team disgusting behavior
