Dont Ever deal this cheater scammer. he offering service usa network payment first system. do not deal this guy if he offer services!

i submtted him t-mobile unbarring blocked and lost stolen service. i sent him almost 500 pcs ( pay after. ) but the end he submitted my orders to lost stolen service which is cheaper and instant service price 1$. he done some few imei like 50 pcs for lost stolen services... out of first 100 imei he done 3 pcs only...

we talked and agreed for blocked and stolen service, not the lost stolen cheap service.
