I wish many of products have support like that
I have problem with alcatel bh4 which was dead after language change, i mail sec zones and faulty full flash readed from phone to s2gsm (thru my helpfuly reseler POLPHONE.COM) and in less than 2 hours i had repaired full flash in my inbox. Thaks 10000 x

I'll second you on that S2gsm is a really good and reliable product with good support

I don't use s2gsm products so much... but few times I needed help... I sent email and the reply was very fast and the problem was solved!!! so I can only confirm that s2gsm is great team!

Polphone.com is great too !!! I bought a lot of products from them and I can say that they are very reliable!
