I had a few ElleN1 phones for unlocking and i searched the forum for a solution! BINGO MATADOR ENGINE TEAM'S ALCABULL BOX supports direct unlocking of ElleN1 phones! saw these on there website..,

"Forget about buying more logs! This is an UNLIMITED solution!!!
Dont break your head modifying Alcatel cables! Dont try to build special adaptors!"

even to confirm i posted this thread on the forum in there product page;

and as u can see mr.pinheadz himself declares that it does, so i contact him for the box & payment details, this was on the 28th of april, i received the box after almost 2 weeks, he said bank holidays for the delay! after i got the box i tried to connect to alcatel elleN1 software to unlock but it doesn connect & i contacted him again and he told me he'll fix it! but it was not fixed! i posted it on the forum and he deleted my post regarding the box problem

then he told me that i have to pay more 125 euros more and he'll give me 100logs to unlock the phones thru his server and i paid him the money! and he sent me the 20 username & passwrd for 100logs of 5credtis each! well the right next day the server wasn't working and i told him that and he never replied to it! after 3 days he sent an offline message informing me that the server works
so i tried to unlock my ellen1 phones and the server reported that the provider ID is "unknown"

and then i checked 20 username & pass for the credits, and only 6 of them worked which had total of 27 credits in them, since then iam sending him messages to solve my problem and he doesn't answer my messages!
ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS NOW! MY CUSTOMER SAYS HE'LL INVOLVE COPS FOR THIS MATTER AS ON MY CONFIRMATION HE ORDERED THIS GOODS & WANTS ME TO PAY COMPENSATION FOR THE LOSS! AND IAM ALSO GONNA LOOSE A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER & HIS FUTURE BUISNESS FROM HIM.

now pls you people tell me is this kind of buisness right! if his box doesn't support or is still in beta mode then u have to inform us before posting it on the forum or your website so that we will think before buying! he cant just say Bla blah on the forum & his website just to sell his GOOD FOR NOTHING boxes!

and so i want him to refund me my complete money which i paid for the box & the server logs, so that i can get them calculated on other server which support these phones! like allsgm unlock server which supports them as i checked getting unlock codes from them.

PLEASE DONT ROB US OF ARE HARD EARNED MONEY AND OUR CLIENTS

good afternoon:

Friend is absolutely right in your page things that have promoted its cash can not do, the support is really pessimistic, are not and never spend weeks without appearing. The box works when it wants and not doing their lights flashing as more than silly.
He helped several people to solve their problems many times without success since the problem is the box itself.
In lo unico que son is quick to respond when you ask a question to buy something if they are so fast, obviously always referring back to his tent www.tienda.es or something.
Should really exist any regulation or something similar to prevent crooks.

I use tsmbox+ that includes free alcabull and iyts work perfect for me !!!
You may be face a new version of phones that is not fully supported.
Let Pinheadz answer and he will solve your problem if he dont want to ruin his business.

Have u tried unlocking ELLEN1 phones with alcabull software? and its not about a particular version of phone, the box doesn't connect to the software at all! always the same problem!
Well that is what i too thought and kept quiet for so long but pinheadz is busy conning people of there money! first of all the box doesn't work and when i asked him to atleast get me unlock codes for the ElleN1 phones for which i bought the box, he told me that alcabull server supports ElleN1 phones and if i pay him 125euros more then he's gonna give me user & pass to get unlock codes for ElleN1 by myself as he's busy! then he gave me 20 username & pass, and right then the server doesn't work ,
sunday the server started to work, but when i tried to get the codes the server says "WRONG PROVIDER ID" i try to reach pinheadz he's not answering! then i check all the 20 given user & pass only 5 of them have credits in which there are 27credits out of 100!
and today i meet him on the msn messanger and ask him of the problems, he says that this (ELLEN1) isn't supported by his server and can only be unlocked thru cable! and then i again asked him to refund my money, he gave me another 16 credits and told me that his boss is busy will give me the balance later, and told me that i can use this to unlock c701, ellen3!
WHAT THE FU@K IS THIS! IS THIS THE WAY TO DO BUISNESS! SINCE 3WEEKS IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET ELLEN1 PHONES UNLOCKED THRU THERE SH!T BOX AND EVEN THOUGHT OF PAYING MORE (125euros) FOR THE SERVER FOR CODES SO THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED! BUT AGAIN THIS ASSH*LE SAYS IT DOESN'T SUPPORT ELLEN1 AND I SHOULD USE THE 41(out of 100 credits i paid for) CREDITS TO UNLOCK PHONES WHICH ARE SUPPORTED BY EVERY DAMN BOX!
MODERATORS, CUSTOMERS, & VISITORS PLS TELL ME THERE IS A LIMIT FOR PATIENCE THIS IS TOO MUCH, YOU SHOULD BAN SUCH LAMERS FROM CONDUCTING BUISNESS ON THE FORUM.
I DONT CARE ABOUT MONEY! BUT MY CUSTOMER IS LOST FOR EVER & HE WANTS ME TO PAY NOW FOR HIS LOSSES...

I dont think so he's least bothered even to sort things out, see how trusteable he is! moderatorrs pls ban him from this forum and from doing anymore buisnes as he's a cheater and needs to be CERTIFIED ONE AND PUT HIS NAME IN CHEATER'S LIST SO THAT PEOPLE WILL THANK US IN THE FUTURE FOR SAVING US THERE MONEY!

Well its been a week since you took all the details from me regarding the problem with the box and since then there's no reply from you!
idid install it on a brand new system "AS YOU TOLD ME TO DO SO" after re-formating the OS and installed a new windows xpSP2 and then too the same problem exists!
THIS IS NOT SUPPORT FROM A GOOD TEAM! THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS WHO BELIEVE ANY THING THEY SAY AND BUY THERE BOXES AND ULTIMATELY LOOSE CUSTOMERS AND MONEY BOTH!
so people dont buy there alcabull box as its got a proiblem.....it doesnt' WORK!
