I think now is important to create a list of cheaters, because there are many serious members that have lost money from many many stupid peoples.
I think we can write here a list of sure only sure cheaters.

Last name:
Nation:
Web site (also if closed):
Money payed to cheaters:
This can help all for buy whitout problem in all GSM WEB SHOPPING.

I think this should only be allowed if supported by evidence, and to be sent to Mod etc for approval before allowing to post.

Recently Kima amongst others has had ridiculous allegations made, and it could harm decent traders as well as protect in the long run if anyone can post whenever they want before proving their case.

Yes but in this post we don't want know if you have received goods and the service has been bad or nothing help for use the the goods or progs., to us it interests only to know who has sent money to someone and in change nothing he has not received.
Example:

Name: Pippo
Last name: Pippo

Money lost. 10000000USD

If moderator found that who have post bad indication delete the post.......simple no?

Even simpler that such a post has to be proven before the statement made, ie innocent until proven guilty?

Otherwise what is too stop posters filing false allegations against anyone, once it is done it has partly hurt their business,how many times have people been called cheaters and then the original poster is shown to be wrong? I've seen several such threads, KIMA recently springs too mind.

For martekmike are you with us or against us? It seems that you want to defend the cheaters. If you don't like this idea ok no problem but if moderators don't have anything in contrary where is the problem ?

I think you do not understand english very well, or maybe you do not believe in democracy. Re read my post and use a dictionary this time, take your time before posting such rubbish as you have.

If someone makes a suggestion you do not like they are automatically in the wrong, are you a fascist? I never defend cheaters, but it seems you wish too decide who is a cheater, without having to prove them as a cheater first. Surely even Italy has libel laws?

Grow up. The least anyone should do is post supporting evidence, ie correspondence, emails, money transfer details etc, not as you suggest just post he is a cheater.

OK then, following your argument, you owe me £1,000, pls send it back cheater. I never had goods promised by you. No need for proof, my word is enough. Now who is correct?

Considering that I have opened the debate then well each writes what we can do against the cheaters and what idea has about it?. This is democracy correct marketmike?

Maybe someone has cheat me...maybe not...
I have to order something from someone...now almost 2 month iam still wait his good intention....,i hope he dont cheat me...
Iam waiting 1 week again....,if he still dont send the goods or money back...,i will post it....

Hi Everybody,

Its a good idea to make a list for all the Cheaters or the people who are not reliable.

This way, the other reliable people will be kept aside.They wont face much troubles in making their good reputation in the market and can easily develop trust on their clients.

The people can deal without any problems with the Non Cheaters List.
