customer becarefull from ipmart


i have order more that 5000 euro within one years from ipmart i have never problem
but last order seem has problem
i bought last week asansam and octopus from ipmart and both smartcard are broken and the dont want send new one they said i need to send broken one to test it by author ,, i contact gsmserver online and they tested it and result was smartcard broken ..

ipmart start make bad service ,,

becarefull they simi cheater started ,,,,

for all check twice times to ipmart before buy

they are trusted people but with qaranti they are very bad

Axe broken

i too have a broken axe box, and i didnt even tell them because i know the outcome, so now i will start to buy from gsm server.

Yes they ask me to send back the box to be send again to author for replacement and the shipment cost same price if i buy new box from gsmserver

My experice buy from gsmserver they are online every time to help

I dont call they are cheater but bad service and quality as mobile service

TBH i had a problem with a UFS box and they asked me to send it back as well so they can test it and they did and gave me a credit note, i think its normal for a company to ask for a return of item to test before issuing a refund, thats my 2 cents

I have one time big problem with Ipmart. 6 Monts for try Solve. Thei never make anything for try solve my situation. I lost about 160 usd.

i had bad experience with ipmart,too Much delay in activation and send me faulty Ufs(some Pcs) and it's too hard that a Customer send back goods, due to many Custom Problem and high shipping Cost
