day by day jaf box kill by update

anyone can explain technically why jaf box can not update the firmware.
why only now the problem arises not 2 or 3 years ago.
where the problem ? hardware, a bug or intentionally made so that the user bought a new box.

buy box again no problem, but can they guarantee that the new box is not problematic in the future.

in case anyone can provide a solution to this, I am very grateful.

my pkey and box run smootly on version 1.98.64

then version 1.98.65 out with box firmware upgrade to 01.B2, Unfortunately I CANT UPGRADE, AND THE OTHER SUCCESS UPGRADE TO 01.B2

THEN OUT AGAIN 1.98.66 VERSION WITH THE FIRMWARE 01.B4

THE QUESTION IS WHY THEY CAN UPGRADE TO 01.B2, BUT CANT UPGRADE TO VERSION 01.B4, whereas just a few days/weeks.
I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THE PROBLEM IS IN HARDWARE, what do you think
