Now I just need an refund, Thats it. they cannot supply the level of service they claim to do, after spending over $2,930 I just lose my time and my money, they are not make for me solutions, and not help me, very bad support, web site not work. So I want money back! Has all logs, emails and etc. Invoice 337056 sent on 12-11-2014 Fusion - $599.00 USD E-commerce $149.00 USD Reseller Store $999.00 USD Remove Branding $129.00 USD Supplier panel $299.00 USD POS $299.00 USD Custom Unique Template designing $349.00 USD ------------------------------------------------------ Sub Total: $2823.00 USD 4.50% Transaction Tax: $107.78 USD Credit: $0.00 USD Total: $2930.78 USD Now they ignore all my emails. Member: 1830644 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 8 | Also taking forever for an update. Requested the update 5 days ago, they started it and ran into some technical issues. Now it's been 5 days and our site isn't working. DHRU needs a better support because every day that we can't conduct business we lose a lot of money and customers. With this kind of service we may have to look for another solution and drop DHRU entirely. |

I tell you that this product not got for me, and I'm can't make my own desiegn, and your code is close. You tell me that you make my layout for website, but nthing. Socan't wait more! I need a full refund, and build my own working web-site. So please give me moneyback and thats t what I want now after lose 4 mounth with you. Confirm the status of company who respecting themself and their custumers. |
