dhru very bad service


licence key bad , when send them message they response slowly by check with your hosting not have static IP .

since i bought script gsmbackbase and i have this problem never solved

now i send them message but they not care for answer only they answer when costu mers ask for buy new fusion

we reply you more then 10 times for one issue but you are not taking action your end ,
even as emergency i see 4 reply at mid night , but you still not take action .

once we check your issue and reply you , you also have to take care your side too

your hosting on cluster based and changing ip as well as they blocked dhru.com too other ppl need full conversation let me know

as you have gsm-portal purchase 26-11-2011 , but we still support our old system and did't ask for extend support and reply you

i have this problem since i buy your script i asked many time ovh said that's all ok

now i will do transfer of web to your bleuhost and we see

i ask to buy new fusion if you do migration of my data , you said not ?

you did't provide full information and we asking admin and again , and passed 2 days .

we are not free to ask one thing again and again , if you can't provide details on one short then you need to wait time next time your support ticket will get an answer .

and we are not working 24 hour to ask your hosting details ,
every buddy know, the simple thing for move hosting need old and new hosting details


you just say i buy new hosting now move it , but how ??? with out any access ?????

then you give just ftp access , also not pointed to public_html , how support move ???? how to create database ???

how to take backup form your old hosting ???

support asking you give hosting access .
then you asking again , what you need ???


so busily you are wasting our time ......

if you take time that's we are losing it to talk here and you make transfer will be better

still nothing do and you call this is serious support to your c,ostumer
