Main issue is some users unfortunotly didn't follow the activation process... this cause a loooooooooooooooooooot of problems to every ones... @All HWKbox New users follow step by step the activation procedure and you box will work as a charm |

While 1 customer post about problem then 10 reseller replies that there is no problem at all. LOL We are customer so we have to listen to customer not reseller. But, if there is real problem then the customer might complain about product and reseller must help him. Otherwise, customer won't buy any product from that reseller. But, I have seen even gsmhosting sometimes posts deletes where is complain about products. I don't know who is responsible for this? BR. Dipendra Pathak |
