I have contact the seller and he replies this. "Bro i cannot do much about it im sorry Sent from my iPhone" I really say sorry also for bad products... i see your produtcs are cheap and work nice but when need some support i see you reply cant do nothing, ups how they call this guys like you in your country, here are indianos ou marroquinos. I hope you loose more with this post than i loss with microscope, and surelly i will post on youtube and other foruns. Best regards. |

Member: 947561 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 14,053 | Hi, not to be the devil advocate but I must remember we are in the european union where the seller is obligated by law to give warranty on whatever he sells with a duration not less then the ones stated in the selling country laws. On the other side I can get it is a pain to manage the warranty on chinese equipment shipped to europe but shouldn't be an hard job ask the chinese productor the schematics and the service manuals of the equipment sold so the end user should be able, with the due knowledge, to fix the equipment, expecially if we consider it is not an item sold in a pound shop. Please, try to start again with the right foot you two and work together to solve this issue: both of you are professional and not needed to get to this point. BR Alex |

Lets resume : Products from you has no waranty if you use the item ( one day? 4-5 months? ) You block users to buy anything from you if claim any ? Like moulnisky says - schematics and the service manuals would be nice i can open microscope and loose waranty hehe. Free products in my country have waranty, cheap also expensive produts, used products here have also waranty that is very very strange, hum.... i forget remember repair mobile phones have also waranty, strange in uk laws might be diferrent you buy cheap(340GBP or some like that) so no waranty in china is like that also I know i am a fool bro, and really stupid to think i will get any support from you. and i can say best regards to above and all others lol. Member: 37736 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.108250 Thanks Meter: 222 | After bad support... i just loose waranty... not because seller ( never had waranty ) but because someone open microscope and repaired a very very simply repair... i am sure manufacter know this problem.. anyway just my advise in UK cheap products like 330GBP have no waranty Seems i dont need cry anymore problem solved Best regards |
