can you explain what happen my credits is lost. i have 10 credits. i unlock 2 phone only.

same here, i tried posting on infinity dtclient,

they say my account is not in their database,

if that is the case how come i have used it on some phones and have problem on 1 phone then it took 1 credit from me, but phone is not unlocked.

i asked for refund, account does not exist and reseller also cannot do refund.

dtclient eats credits with every unlock even if the phone is not unlocked or with errors.

any one facing this issue. did you solve your problem?

Hello dear users, you people should not ask for DT Team because appearly they are hiddin, you should contact to your reseller, he should solve. (iF they are good).

Im reseller of this and some customer have this problem when he use windows 8 8.1
But never faced when use windows 7 or Windows Xp.

I have solve it fast for my customers, same as Infinity team dont help to people who dont buy from them.

So contact your reseller

Yes infinity team support belongs them who buy credits from infinity bcz they get profit from their customers

So next time buy from infinity and then ask 4 support

after we star used the version 1.4 the creadts done so what now
