This thread is for people who want to leave feedback about Fonedoctor Ltd in the UK. Personally they are very good when things go alright, but when you encounter problems whith their products they will blame you as the customer and will never addmitt that they are in the wrong eventhough it is ovious that they have sent you the wrong product. When you insist that you are in the right they will become offhand, rude and even slam the fone down. I will leave more details about my grivancies about fonedoctor as the plot thickens. Since december 2004 they have become sloppy with delivering the right product. They say this is due to postal delays. I belive this onece, but when the same thing happens more than once it must be somthing to do with them. Wait untill the next eposode of the fone doctor.

my experiences with fonedoctor have been very good and i've had a few, maybe you got rude with them first

btw i order quite a bit from them, only saturday i recieved crusier the day after ordering it from Sam

No I was very tolerant of their mistakes at first. It was when they started getting off hand and rude when my patentce ran out. I have waited for just under two months for delevery of an unlock solution. Every time I called I was alwas civil untill one of their staff slamed the fone down on me on friday. After that no more Mr. Nice Guy I have had to ring several times since I first placed the order on the 8/12/2004.

I have sent a letter of complaint to sea bass, but recived no answer.

So you're not going to explain who you are or what you have purchased??

I would like to solve any issues you may have either on this forum or over the telephone. We do not gain any satisfaction from unhappy customers!

I feel my hands are tied, how can we help if you are not willing to disclose who you really are?

I received the letter ( or to be more exact e-mail ) correspondance today....whislt I appreciate that you are unhappy (else why post in the first place) I do not beleive it unreasonable to be allowed at least one day to respond to any written customer complaints....as I say...I appreciate that you are unhappy...but give me a chance!!!

Yes Sea Bass i must admitt that I have been a bit hasty, but since Friday I have been so angry. I am begning to learn very quikly that you do not winn anything by being Mr nice Guy or Mr. reasonable you just gett trodden on or shouted at. What I take great exeption to is when peaple imply that I am a lier and insist that I have recived the product when I have not.

That is correct i have nothing to do with furious dongel or furiousstream it is that i happen to be an unlocker that is very furious.

No company is perfect but I give Fone doctor my backing, I have had a few problems in the past but they have always insured that all issues are resolved, which is more then I can say for some resellers. Like I say no company is perfect but Fone doctor are definately not cheats, come on Mods close this thread please, this section is suppose to be about market cheaters not minor problems, people should try to sort out problems directly before posting in this section!!
