1000 and more Of HWK not Upgrading!! say killing with the Plan!!. And the threads are deleted when users need solutions.

I don't care old box because I have earned 100 times more than the box. But, I am looking for the solution who are currently using it. So, I had posted to the Saras section but they have deleted with purposeful.

As you know the UFS-HWK was popular that days so everybody loved it including me. As you know 1000 and more of UFS boxes are not upgrading after coming new upgrade. Previous Version was working fine and was making pocket hot. But, all this stop and it seems saras wants to kill old box with plan like MX-KEY.

Let's start my personal problem.

I have tried to upgrade new version, but can't so I have formatted the computer, disabled the antivirus, trying 2 more computer but not work.

I have download the "UFSx Support Suite Setup", and Open the software, clicked on "Scan Box". This stage worked. But, when I clicked "Check Box", software shows "Connecting server" and software got hang.

Then, I have unplugged the box, after that, it shows "SERVER OK".

Then, I Clicked "update box", two times software shows upgrading screen as shown in the picture.

Then, software got hang showing the information "Wait, Getting Data." I have waited 2-3 hours but nothing still same message.

Please give the solution to the old users who are running the box as usual. If not, Saras won't be success to sale new box killing old box **********.i.n.g the old users because there have already more good boxes which are available cheaper than saras. Buying 1 saras box, users can buy 4 or 5 same kinds of tools.

i have in 3 PC INCLUDING WINDOW 7 and they are working very well......... so keep on and it wiil respont....

Me also face installation problem i have post 2 time but delete my posts
after complete installation and downloading show this error me try 4 time but result same

You are 99% right that HWK team delete the post ( Master of deleting without answer ) , Never feel to answer ( May be not good support skill ) etc etc

But .............

Till now not seen or get a single report ( honestly ) that Team killing its own box . Your thinking is wrong . Yesterday server was busy , i have also face same problem , today i solve it , HWK working fine .

I also detect some major bug & report to closer person of team , not post in section because they will delete it , as they do it B4

Thanks to team for new update after a long interval

Well I had gone through hundreds of UFS Updates with new HWK Panel update
I faced absolutely no problem

- a clean system required
- dealers or distributors may face problem as they are updating many ufs in 1 pc
- clean PC registry b4 updating any hwk box

I had no problem with new update
atleast saras is not like mxkey coder , everytime killing old boxes

Still old hwk boxes are working on new updates

yes sir u r right i use my 5 years old hwk smoothly without any problem with new update and mxkey i have 4dead box and i cant use it from last year

I think you all guyes dont know about real process ,For me every thing is working perfect .Even i played with my ufs many times ,got errors many time becoz of my own dirty games with my ufs ,but this is still working and updating with out any problem.If some body is facing problem feel free to contact me on sonork.
1- install ufs panel
2-click on scan box
3-check box
4-do not update your box ,just click on software
5-check server
6-click on intall files when server shows all index of files
7-When installation completed ,go back on scanbox ,check box and update box.
Note every box has only one log file /day if you updated your box one time then you have no log more till next 24 hours ,After 24 hours one more update log will be added to your account.
If your hwk id currupted due to some mistake ,here is solution
Run old hwk support suite 2.2.0.0 install it and run it ,connect your box ,this will auto matically repair your hwk chip ,but do not try to update your box on this old ver .After this all you can update it on new panel again.
