my english languge no very good but i will try explaine what happened with me
i was have 3 imei at&t it need unlock so i made mass on sonork ang i got good price from my friend unlockfonez and i accept deal after a got iphones in my hand he was offline then i left my imei as offline to wait he comes online to process my imei and i sent mssg on his mobile " mr. u can come online " but no responce i try called it on 10 pm pak time i got answer machin leave massg and bcz my customer can't wait bcz he want fly to other counrty then i sent messg on mobile " all jobs canceled "
bcz he not informe me on sonork about if he start process my imei
second he not come to pick up money ( in normal he not do any thing before he take money first
to this reason i sent messg on sonorl " don't process my imei
and i submit my imei with my friend just4unlock and i paied for just4unlock
now job done with two just4unlock and unlockfonez
unlockfonez not informe me not take money and i said canel
but he need his money bcz he said i payied to supplier
i think this his fult bcz he not inform me
what i do ?
pay two time
not pay for unlockfonez
or what ?

How long interval time between processes U send imei by offline to unlockfonez, to... while U decided to cancel job.?
and interval time after cancel from unlockfonez n turn to just4unlock.?

If U don't give time between them, u can coz a two-party job n that very harmful for unlockfonez if they already processed
n if U felt for a long time since job canceled n no response, might like 48hours (2-3days) no answer from 1st side or more... that the right on u
bcoz no any response ask to wait, processing, or else..., that is not a professional ways

Do not pay anything. Seller who is not online, and who do not give support to his customers is worhless. Doesn't deserve to be paid, EVEN if he managed to unlock iphones. But in this case, he did't because he will not processed IMEI's beforecollecting money, so. Do not do anything. You have already done everything.

How long time taken UNLOCKFONEZ reply ur message (line: it's not possible, bro) after U tell that U Canceling jobs (line: i submit it with other)
That important to help U get know which one is right, 1st person or 2nd.???
it's better ask proof (verification) unlocking log from UNLOCKFONEZ n U have proof from JUST4UNLOCK that U said early, "now job done with two.."

but when you send me massage for cancel the time was 7;00AM and i was in my bed was sleeping . i trust you bcoz you never late my payment thats y i process your imei,s but you did not wait i make your imei,s unlock in almost 18-20 hours and given you time for 24 hours . but yu did not w8 for complete time and gave imei,s to jass. tell me how can i come online when i am sleeping . you should ask to your customer for wait 24 hrs after that you have right to give someone else.anyway you did wrong and now come on sonork and discuss with me there .

but from what i understand..

you sent him imeis ..

then for some reason he had to go offlien.. (which can happen )

in this time the imeis should have been unlocked.

You checked them with free iphone checker (which is down and does not show REAL unlock status anymore)

and u thought they were locked..

so u tried to cancel but he responded they are already done..

so...

if thats the case means they are done. and ofcourse u need to pay for them..

dont EVER send imies double to other else u will have to pay him too.

Well i see this problem is common ok i give you my personal idea if i ask someone to unlock my phones and give him imei at the time i give him imei i trust him and wait for job done (i have a debt in this moment if i not pay first). Now if the supplier for any reason is not online he don't reply (can happen for 100 reason) only because your customer need to fly or go in any place this not justifies that you can give imei to another supplier, need wait that first supplier accept to delete your order and after you can do what you want. In this case you have 2 debt, but some suppliers are gentleman when they can.

I get your point but:
if he had the time to open sonork and send the imei to process to his source how he had not the time to give hime confirm and paypal details?
Looks like he just checked if the imei were done and now he pretends the payment for a job done by other..
