Bro I've never been treated badly with GsmServer.com for the past three years now there were mistakes l made and they made but always there was a solution. Remember that they're manufactures and at the same time Wholesalers. So they depend on other manufacturers also. In your case you have to talk to the product supporter together with your reseller.

I'm GsmServer reseller in Brazil for two years, and had some "small problem" was solved with an intelligent conversation, and patient!
If you are not patient and intelligent at everything around you walk in perfection!
By the way, is a person Sergiy agile, and able to solve any problem, he's my friend, and I know him very well! But you can not ensure that, for its message overcomes a sense of imbalance. The only thing I can tell you is that your topic was totally unnecessary.

From what i read in this thread, you give wrong S/N (your mistake) and speak BS about GSMServer.

Who would you call a cheater if it was at Microbox website were you did enter the S/N wrongly. Would Microbox team be cheaters then?

You paid for a box which you already have, not for a babysitter that will solve your mistakes, so there is no need to speak the way you did as i see on GSMServer support chat log you have posted.

Remember it was YOUR fault by providing wrong S/N, so they are helping you to SOLVE YOUR MISTAKE. You should give a nice threat to someone who helps you, and not come and post bull$hit to make noise and speed up the things.

I really admire the patience that some resellers and product supporters have with people like you.

PS: I have bought many stuff from GSMServer for years, and NEVER had an issue with them.

i said thanks to julvir. but they were not helpfully for me, i mean gsmserver thats why i posted this thread here , well Feed Back is right of all customers.
and thats what i did.

they could have said that they will contact micro box support team and will let me know what they are saying.
when ever i spoke to them they said we can't do anything.


well what i felt i posted.
