Remember that they're manufactures and at the same time Wholesalers. So they depend on other manufacturers also. In your case you have to talk to the product supporter together with your reseller. |

Remember it was YOUR fault by providing wrong S/N, so they are helping you to SOLVE YOUR MISTAKE. You should give a nice threat to someone who helps you, and not come and post bull$hit to make noise and speed up the things.
