Gsmserver giving wrong informations


Hi
I’m making this thread to show users here the conversation i had with gsmserver and how they gave me wrong information then deny
Let me explain
I had an lg to remove frp with octoplus frp tool
It asked for username and password
I contacted gsmserver with chat and they told me that i need to have credits in my account, so i asked if this operation will cost 100 credit or just i beed to have 100 credit to be done and the answer was: no i just need to have 100 credit to be done that it doesn’t cost 100 credit.
So fine i added 100 credit to my account and after removing frp i checked my balance and it becomes 0 !!!
I again contacted gsmserver and someone else answered me and told me that he is not the one told me that and when i told him u work together so let me talk to (patrick) he said he left and he won’t back for days !!
I contacted octoplus section here and they closed the thread.

That was not the answer when i asked
My question was simple and same the answer
U still continue deny, u have a team working to answer so if they give wrong information it’s their fault not ours
Every body here can read my question and what was the answer.
I’m not asking for credit i just want users here to know how gsmserver is dealing

Yes i did and the one answered me was not the same and he told me that he was not the one i talked to and when i told him that i need to talk to same person who gave me the wrong information he told me that he left and he won’t be back dor days despite i talked to him few minutes earlier
I bought many many products from gamserver but i will never do it again
They even did not apologize for wrong information they gave me

gsm server is trusted company

but let me explain

how
issue happened

u dont need credit to run octopus frp tool

but some operation are credit based

then

u need lg frp remove which need 100 credit to unlock via server (100 credit price of frp not to run frp tool) for some LG model not all
so frp remove will consume it

but just runing tool not consume it

Did u read the title this is the subject
Don’t talk about other things
Second point are u part of gsmserver team ?

First of all, I have to say that this is not the right place to ask for explanations if you really need them. I'm not a frequent visitor in this forum part..

As a Head of Tech Support Dept I'm asking you for apologies because of this misinformation you've got. That was rather an accident of personal ignorance that must be eradicated as soon as possible, than normal practice at GSM Server. Indeed, most of server based operations require credits to cover developer's expenses and you've been informed about that when you contacted us for the second time. In this particular case I have refunded 100 credits back to your account to ease this incident.

As per your other statement of not being able to contact particular person you've been told the truth. The time you have reached us it was Friday evening here, so most of our staff went home already and weren't available to talk till Monday. Here we have opening hours and working shifts same as all other world does.

We will be happy to see you again at our web store and will strive to avoid any incidents in future. Feel free to contact me in private if you still have any issues unsolved.

he is agood man as i know hi though forum long time ago

Thx bryou are too a good man but i’m not asking for refund i just did not like the way they treated u but cuz of u i ask admins here to close this thread
