Gsmserver Sold Me A Cloned Hwk ??!!! - GSM-Forum

Hi, I bought 25 MDS-60 speakers and a HWK from their site , three weeks ago.
came up to $2055 US.

For three weeks i have tried to access their FTP site for HWK. I have not been able to and for three weeks support has not been able to assist me . Finally they are telling me that it may be a problem with my IP settings.

Accepting this .

Now i am getting another error message when i try to activate my hwk.

ERROR CONNECTING UFS:
HWK SD REPAIR ERROR :-5

Based on the sticky on this forum states.

1. HWK SD REPAIR ERROR: xxxxx
HWK upgrade error. This error occures when HWK was affected by third-party tools before upgrade or your HWK is a clone. Please don't contact anyone, it's your own stupid fault.

I have sent this problem to their support team and they again have refused to respond to date . I have sent it three times.

I have found it strange that they have told me that i cannot register on the official www.usfxhwk.com because they provide their own support for their HWK. Is this true ?

All i am begging them to do is to :
1)) Rectify my HWK problem .
2) Tell me why i cannot register my hwk on www.ufsxhwk.com

Their service has been piss poor and i have read so many good things about them before i decided to do business with them.

I wish someone can help me . I am extremly frustrated with their support after it seems that they have cheated me on the HWK.

Just an update . Another week has past and again they refuse to reply to any of my concerns.

Do you have any proofs that www.ufsxhwk.com is the official page?

We provide the access to support area at www.boot-loader.com to our customers who purchased HWK, UFS, SHU-box or Twister.

If your device was not broken by purpose then send it to us and we will repair or replace it with a new one.

disconnect update tool and start again.
check your ufs device if its cloned try to update hwk into orig ufs device.

no need to write about gsmserver everybady know they are 100% trustbel.
