I ordered 2 iphone imei for unlocking AT&T USA any imei service delivery time is 10 business days maximum.First imei orderd on 20.02.14 second imei (first time 12.02.14 with clean imei service it canceled ) then i send him additional money on 03.03.14 to send same imei with any imei service.
Still today iphones not unlocked and he not want refund money.Now i already haven't phones in hand i have conflict with my customers and return phones and money .Now i no need unlock this phones he non accept cancel it and refund my money.Please Help anybody!!!!

So let me start from beginning:

The imei ordered on 20 Feb 2014 was in process and 3 days ago this guy start to call me write me and insult me about it. He open Claim in paypal too pretending for his money. I told him that will do my best to cancel the imei but it is not so easy and today the imei is done:

About second imei that was ordered on 12 Feb 2014 as Clean slow service with 70% success ratio for 35$ - it was rejected on 01 March 2014 and with additional payment for 15$ reprocessed on 7 March 2014 with 100% success rate service under conditions for 3-10 working days, today is working day number 10 and phone is done:

could you, please, post here any logs where we can see he accepted the imei to queve again on the 3rd of march?

See screenshot pay pal where i send him additional 15$ for send rejected imei with any imei service

Yes, seen already the paypal screenshoot but: did you talk with him to agree timing and mode about this phone via skype or other messanger?
If yes, please, post the logs

I really can't understand what you are discussing as the imeis are already unlocked and I proof this.

This issue wouldn't exist but in the upper shown post you refused to pay for imei one day late: now lets check this thread, expecially the logs shown by the user:

he paid you and passed you the imei on the 3rd of march, not on the 7th of march as you shown in your screenshoot, so your delivery been 3 days late.

WE are not close friend with alex (moulnisky). he doing the right way. he never give me any favor here or other member in this forum its only fair decision for all of us here...

What I'm instead highlighting is the lack of coherence from your side in not paying a supplier for 1 day late while not refunding your customers after being 3 days late.
What is even worse from your side is to manipulate a screenshot to show you did a job in the stated time while you didn't.
From my point of view this thread would be 100% in your side anyway cos when the timing is over one week, 3 added days still are acceptable but what really I can find unacceptable is the hypocrisy in managing your issues depending which side of the deal you are.
Now I leave this thread in your hands so you can show who you really are, and in the detail:
a) refunding this user following the rights you been calling in the Dark_Shade thread (Late=not pay)
b) Not refunding the customer as 3 days are acceptable and refunding Dark_Shade cos was only one day late (3 days late=pay)
c) Not refunding both and show you just deal your issue only in a selfish direction (untrusteable as supplier or customer)
Let me know and I'll close this thread according your choice

First of all before you offer my something from your point as moderator and with a lot more authority than me think about how different are the this two situations, what amount we talking about, think how juve2106 open claim against me and will take his money NO MATTER what you decide. Then explain what I manipulated - IMEI is in process since 07 March, no matter than he paid on 03 March all the people here know that paying and processing is not equal. Anyway I am not cheap I will accept to loose 100$ and juve2106 to take free unlocks because phones ARE with him. But how you will compensate me with sticky thread in Listed cheaters, with spotting my reputation and with almost 6000 views of something that is NOT RIGHT.
