I need your help, I haven't seen this before, I ordered GSX reports for a batch of iPhones, and the report came back showing now data, what does this mean, is the device locked or unlocked, and if locked what other way can I use to find the network? Here is an example: Serial Number: C38QNZ9MGRWM Initial Activation Policy ID: 10 MEID: Activation Policy Description: Unlock.
