hayeap not paid me for at&t clean imei unlocked.

he not paid me for 368 pcs imeis unlocked.

he send me 901 pcs imei... and 368 pcs imei was unlocked.
he said must be done all imei in 4 days max. i didnt unlocked all his imeis because my guy dont have electricity (blockout in his city) and after in few days he confign in hospital due to restless. i was though all imeis in process with my guy,but 368 imeis unlocked must be paid, because those imei unlocked and paid already.. he said his client wont paid for delayed imeis... actually we unlocked his imeis in 2-4 days only not delayed.thats the reason i make thread in market feedback.

@ hayeap, i just post only here for clarification, that those imei unlocked must be paid. because imei already paid to my source.not free unlocked.

Now let all see the problem,
First when you can't handle big list why take my order as 100% promise and give lie until time up still lie me say all imei upload but only 30%, until me and my customer lost money because of your lie and not responsible on Business.
im lost money because list was 1516 imei ,im take out iphone 5 to other do
finally because of you lie and delay im lost this money( im paid other even customer not paid me)because he on time finish in 3 day .
i can't close list as im promise customer in 4 day
when i try ask customer on payment,he need me responsible on phone drop 20usd each.
this case problem because of you not finish up the list as promise and lie say all process.
if you now can show me all Request Number as you tell me in skype .
i sure can get money from customer as he imei was bad .
and i will not lost money on ip5 was already paid other

i had issue with Yeap on AT&T and he cancel my IMEIS even was processed i dont know he paid for it or no but as was timing gone i request 1 time he cancel , even some time i do not cancel imei untill supplier do not give me answer , but yeap have his time deals and always he promise and stick on that ... which is his good point ,

so was a genuine deal and i can understand yeap is not lie for sure ... dealing him since 2007 and know him may be more old

not taking any one side just can tell for clarification , because we know him since long years

and one more thing is when you taking this order without money means you know and trust that guy TOO much .... other wise no one do this kind deals

so better do it in private and even take time clear it ...

we unlocked his imei in exact time not delayed. why he not paid? (my guy in emergency situation thats why all his imeis not unlock all) we know hayeap and me were friend..but in this situation he must paid those unlocked imeis...im sure your client will paid you. no doubt... im not saying here hayeap is cheater or scammer.. i know him is trusted..

@hayeap and you know that what update my guy and what he said to me i update you time to time...(BUT THOSE IMEI UNLOCKED YOU MUST BE PAID.. BECAUSE I PAID MY GUY NOT FREE). im not here to post in market feedback to give you bad feedback. you know me from the start we chat....

We're not perfect here. I called you and I apologize about source problem. But doesn't mean you will not paid. You must paid all unlocked imei. .I know your client paid you.
