I submitted a T-Mobile imei for almost a month now. Your website said 1 to 24 hours but IMEI already more than a month. You either cancel or refund so l can refund my customer. You are not even replying me on WhatsApp. Order ID: 1262176

Now secondly send my refund which I’ve requested since 2 weeks ago. You can’t tie up to 1k down and keep ignoring me. Ticket ID : 15850
