download your desired htc rom install microsoft activesync (software for windows based phones ) connect activesync and then just run rom ..all will be done automatically

Just use rom update its free(like bb fashing) first install activesync (just like pc suite) everything in xda-devolopers site... also old htc can do via jaf-wm
