I don't know if it is the same people or not, but one of the emails I got from officialiphoneunlock.co.uk pointed me to their site to read the refund policy.

officialiphoneunlock.co.uk is on the known scam list, but this company is not.

I just did some verification on my end, and they all appear to be the same scam company. I punched in an imei that officialiphoneunlock.co.uk failed to unlock into iphoneimei.net, it validated, and sent me to directunlocks.co.uk for the status.

Therefore, it appears that officialiphoneunlock.co.uk, iphoneimei.net, directunlocks.co.uk, cleancheck.me, iphoneimeiunlock.co.uk, and appleiphoneunlock.uk are all the same scam sites.

I'd recommend filing a dispute with your credit card issuer.
