I am planning on refunding the rest of the motorola customers within the next 10 days. Ive been speaking with Andy's brother about the motorola refund and as soon as it comes through i will be able to refund the rest of my customers. I apologise for the length of time it has taken but there is very little I can do until i get the money back from Andy because of the amount that he owes me.
People who know me, know that i am reliable and sort problems out when they arise, unfortunately it is taking longer with Motorola but at least i am here trying to sort it out for everyone.

the people who knows simon and said that he was trustable.... where is this guy and why doesnt he refund? he took his money from andy. he is selling goods in sales section . where is the moderators i sent him lots of mails but didnt get answer.

People can only let you know there experiences, I too have used simon with no problems, but I and the others are not his keeper.

i ordered an unlocking clip online phoned week after he said it was out of stock and wouldn't be in for at least 2 week so i asked him to cancel it....
3 week after it arrives with credit card payment receipt..VERY NAUGHTY

I am no legal specialist but you need to research the sales of goods and services act.
If you pay for a service and the supplier does not supply this service, you should contact your credit card company to request your credit back.
You research it and you will be supprised what you can actually do.
Guys don't be fobbed off your contract is with your reseller/ credit card supplier NOT HIS SUPPLIER.
