Looks like, instead, the team is not any more a team and the right hand doesn't know what does the left hand.
I think they need just to reorganize the servers and find a good fresh back-up of the activated dongles and credit situation: once done the job should go back to normal.
Considering most of the servers are managed by Zulea and are still working under ATF, load of chanchs is a problem related to the mx-key main server system so, if Alim is about (And here is the bigest question mark), wouldn't be a big problem fix the issue.
