mangmel poor service [Solved]


They have very poor service

I tried contacting them from last 12 hours. No replies
Mailed him, Opened a ticket on his website, Instant messengers ( skype, gtalk, sonork) no replies at all but he's online still.

Last night I placed two orders for instant AT & T unlocks

First order placed. Got reply after 3 hours stating that it is unlocked ( on website it is mentioned only 5-60 mins). Moroever the device was not unlocked. Just a Fake reply. I had to do it with other source

I thought there might be a problem so placed the second order, Same thing again. Still locked, I'm have just ordered it from another guy

Mailed'em for Refunds ( i have added 50$ credit on their website), No replies

Very poor service

I don't call them cheaters as of now, I will wait 48 hours to get refund

I have taken necessary screenshots as of now will post later if needed

On sunday night not all the people work and all the services refer to "working days".
I'll leave the thread open but I don't think your claim will go anywhere.

My issue was with their fake replies not the weekends. They sent mail me stating that it got unlocked, While they didn't get. This thing could have cost us a lot especially because we are new in this business, loosing some potential customers.

As of now everything is solved, The problem was with their supplier.

You can close this thread now

I have got 100% refund
