That is the reason for warranty period. Already posted that some boxes were defective and had to be replaced. But on the whole universe of mxkey's users to have 20 or 30 guys complaining I think is more than reasonable. When there are usually more than 1000 users active on mxkey section just in this forum. I had no problems with my HTI Orange although I bought it for the sole reason to check iPhone IMEIs at the time when there was lack of those softwares.
