HEllo again

I feel very angry about my 2 last orders from Ipmart.com
Its seem that now this team can not respect delay and not saying the thruth to customer
In business time is money and when IPmart give me 10 days to ship my parcel I gave 15 days to my customer . I have bought 2 Laptops In my latest orders for sell it immediatly to my owns customers but 2 time I receive it to late after customer has already travel. But before i ask them third times If its out of stock let me know maybe i can change my mind and take something else.

This happen again but with perfumes this is my last order

as you know usa this Christmas and new year the y have long holiday and only start work normal on 10th jan 2010
