S1 Network Unlock TOOL

good afternoon,

I bought gsmFather credits to unlock sony using S1 Unlock Tool. I ended up connecting a phone that was unlocking before by mistake and the software ate credit and said it unlocked. I would like to know why the software does not check before, why in these cases do not return money? Why is this server always offline? Why is there no note written on any site that is not returned in case of this error?

20 $ can't return?

I also own a software that makes unlocking, I use API to connect, but before processing the unlocking is made a check to see if the IMEI is valid, if it checks the mobile phone brand, if there is network block or not.

Honesty is best if you want to make progress. Why not check or return money in these cases?

Why are there so many people complaining about money with the team that created this software? and yet moderators can't solve it.

You have many why in your post
but i want to ask you only 1 why
WHY YOU USE THE TOOL TO UNLOCK ALREADY UNLOCKED DEVICE?
i am using this tool since it's came in market
the team is hidden behind but working a great work
there was no solution for 0 counter devices but sudden a solution came & it's work for thousands peoples smoothly
this issue never came to them before that a sleepy or stupid person took an unlocked device & his credits consumed
so they never work for this issue in there tool
this is just a useless post against them
or contact with your reseller if he can do anything for you

Agree. This complaint is completely out of touch with reality.
If you sent an unlocked iPhone to unlock service and got reply 'Unlocked' and credits taken would you demand a refund as well?

I hope not, because if my client did that I would tell him to wake up and stop doing stupid things, cause in the end of the day it's his responsibility to order things correctly, not ours to double and triple check for them.

They are scammers, I bought again credit, tried the correct phone, the system says unlocked, but the phone is still locked and 0 appears on the counter.

I made video sent to the owner of the website where I ordered, he sent to the owner of the software and to this day do not want to return or solve the problem.

If the new phone I tried is still locked, why not return it? now will you tell me you can't return because the system said you unlocked it?
