CREDITS TAKEN AGAIN ON RETURN OF CODES !!!!- MINUS 154???? PAID HIM FOR SOME MORE AND TOLD HIM ABOUT MINUS STATUS ON MY ACCOUNT.
TOLD ME IT MUST BE RIGHT AND WILL NOT REFUND THE DIFFRENCE

CLAIM FILED WITH PAYPAL APRIL 2007 COS I CANT GET SENCE FROM SUNNY
TODAY PAYPAL SAID IT WAS VIRTUAL STUFF SO F$#K OFF

Dont worry mate Sunny is a great guy.
If for some reason there is problem of credit deducted twice(as you have mentioned) then he will definately sort it out.

Hi,

We have tried to sort this issue out in very civilize way and requested above customer to provide all payment details which they have paid for so we can match it with our Code history in customers account, but instead of providing us details which we requested on every conversation he decided to took this matter to Paypal and raise the dispute, But as i said still i will ask for the same thing, provide me all the payment details we match it with customers code history which customer and me both have access to, if there is any difference it will be sorted, It was not my choice to go to Paypal and raise the dispute.

I cannot just arrange refunds if there is no proven reason . We have 3000 satisfied customer using our service at www.networkcodes.co.uk and this forum is open to every one for feed back and till now you will not find one single person have any problem with it.

As my customer you are honurable to me but you have to provide me payment details to match it with your codes that you have utilize, before we process any refund.

Also thank you guys for your support and beliving in me.

Hi,

I thought i might as well enter into this converstaion. I have had credits deducted manually as well. Well one phone (voda bb5...45 credits) as i asked for that imei about a month before, codes were not availbale, so returned the phone to customer, after a month, codes became available and i got charged!!!...

I have called sunny and told him of situation, but till now no refund has been given.

I also have 2 codes in process, since the 18th, and 19th of April, and have also returned those phones to customers as bb5 codes were stopped in between, but my account still hasnt been updated.

Normally i have never had problems with Sunny, as since service has been good, but i guess this time iut hasnt. I would prefer it if he updates my account.

can someboby pls tell me if networkcode.co.uk is still caculating code for bb5 3g uk. i am trying to purchase credit from them, but they have not responded to me despite trying several times. can somebody explain.

Hi ppl,

Just wanted to say that my account has been refunded and Krusty.spritz im sure your problem will be sorted out as well. Why dont you contact Sunny directly to resolve the issue.

Sunny isnt a bad person or a dodgy guy after your money, and i have been trading with them for a while now, and never had any problems previously. Sometimes its just a lack of timing as they are extremely busy, and sometimes things like this can happen. I mean i didnt bring this up here as i knew that it wasnt any major issue.

Anyway, wish your matter gets resolved without any further delay. Good luck

is the service still going on? posted 1 imei on the 1st of August locked on Voda BB5 UK and till the time of writing it is not even in process.
