Never Buy From Spear @ Gsmhacking.com


Hi all

I was so pissed with Spear www.gsmhacking.com
Here is a long story. Please read the whole story and all my conversations with Spear.

Me and one of my frined emailed Spear 3 weeks ago to order 2 sets of UST Pro. After we made payment to Spear by WU and Spear told us he doesn't have UST Pro in stock and he said he will has it in few days and will ship to us as soon as he got the dongle. After about a week later. My friend emailed Spear and ask for TNT Tracking number. And he keep lied to us and gave us fake tracking number for 2 times.He gave us the first tracking number then we tried on TNT. It doesn't find anything. Then we email him.. He said he make mistake and giving out wrong tracking number. Then he gave us the second one. Then we tried the second one. Still the same problem. My friend emailed him. And Spear keep ignoring our emails for few days. After few days later we got the real tracking number from Spear.
OK. Finally we got our UST on last Friday. Here is another new thing happened. The UST pro is come with 3 CDs and a dongle. After I installed the driver and run the UST. The UST program was stopped at 50% and came out an error message "Smartcard not accepted! Contact your supplier" At the begaining. I thought my computer problem. But I tried on 3 different computers and I still got the same thing. I have posted on UST support section and ask for help. Vahid reply me and he said the dongle is dead.

Then I contacted Spear. He doesn't want to replace my dongle and trying to point me to Vahid.

Hi William,

I don't know how long. All depend of Vahid.
Yes i can replace it, but this will cost you another 100 euro for
DHL/TNT shipping - 50 euro to send it to me and another 50 euro to
send it to you.

What you mean? Do you mean that i am killed your dongle? I buy every
month few hundreds dongles and send to the customers. I have not time
for cracking !!! I don't know what you did with your dongle, but it is
registered by the programmer as "attempt for cracking".
So, if you can not pay for shipping - be patient and wait the
resurrector to be created and sent to you.

Vahid programing every dongle and send to all resellers. The resellers
have not time to install all dongles(they are hundreds).

You are the first with such problem.
For me is not problem if you write what you want in the forum, but
for Vahid i can not guaranty. Probably he will become very angry with
you and at last you will lost.

Spear is not a honest seller. He try to waste my time and point me to Vahid. BEWARE of him.

Vahid. I didn't say this is your fraud. This is 100% Spear fraud. At the begaining he lied to us about the tracking number and now he refuse to exchange my dongle. Spear should test the dongle before he send to his customer. No matter he has a thousand dongles on hand or not.

This is realy bad with you.spear and Vsh-Gsm must do something for your dongle activation.you already spend lost fo time to conversations.

I don't have access to ftp to download the logger. Spear didn't send me the user name and password. And I don't think he will send it to me. Since I posted this here. Can you help me?

Thank you for your understanding. As you know since we have waited for the UST for long time and I can't get my UST run by the time I got the dongle. That's why I was so mad. But now everything have been resolved. Thanks Spear and Vahid.
