No Verify / No refund / No cancel on this service strictly. Junk IMEI/Wrong IMEI NO refund.
His phone counter blocked and he say give me reset code also I add at his service only nck code and I decide to half I pay from my pocket and half you can pay buy he not agree and open case PayPal 135 usd

where to go and what to do who should we trust who not to
but anyways Moderators should take an action after having the proof from both sides
but i personally know gsm fast he is an honest guy
