New Ebay Scam Beware "Sheela Waziri"

Just received a email this morning from a so called billing department at ebay, but after a further look does not seem right here, the email headers are very strange, along with the address sent from. If any other users get this mail dont send any money to the details provided am 99% sure is not ebay. Below is a copy of the email and the email headers from it.
