Am I missing something here?

My ***, you're right!

Before I had checked only the first IMEI digits (first digits are the same), at this point I checked the IMEIs completely, and really, the IMEIs are different! I was cheated by my client!

Including operator consultation returns other IMEI information:

Update:

First, I want to apologize to gsmfather about all of this, and I inform you that I closed the dispute at this point, the user "Mobile-Lab" showed me that the IMEIs were different about the video IMEI, and the customer's IMEI, as I had just verified the first digits, I was deceived by my client and resulted in all this misunderstanding.

IMEI: 359402086123184
Other IMEI (video): 359402086167843

Notice that, the first digits 3594020861 .... are the same, as I had only verified the first digits I had not realized that they were different IMEIs, I was able to realize just now, after an orientation from the "Mobile-Lab" user, I was simply deceived by my client and I apologize for all of this, please unlock my account on your website, please remove the topics with my information on gsmhosting and kindly accept my apologies about it.

The dispute in Paypal is closed, please check.

You are clearly delusional, and believe me i have nothing to win or lose here.

Learn how unlocking and blacklisting works before trying to play "phone unlocker guy", because learning at the expense of unlock providers by calling them cheaters because YOU dont understand how it works is not going to work for you.

In fact, I was looking at another IMEI that had the same first digits, basically, my client deceived me and caused all this confusion, I apologize about that, I really made a mistake, details in this previous post:
