I need to speak to someone from Unlocking.net team my customer wants refund or codes I sent them money and details for motorola codes via Paypal and e-mail but still no responce since monday please help.

I have talked to our U.K. office, and they have verified the payment. There is one issue I don't understand.... we don't offer motorola codes... we haven't done for at least 2 months!!! Of course, your payment, has been, or will be, refunded!

Thanks for resolving this for me, my customer has already recieved a refund but I am glad I too am not out of pocket and look farward to receiving a refund. I have always used your london office for two years to buy all sorts but did not know they suddenly stopped trading.

They haven't stopped trading... just diversifying and eliminating redundant services

I can sincerely inform you that there is currently no-one. Yes, some people offer them, but they could get cut off at any moment.

at the moment there's gsmliberty (gabadi on the board)
but turnaround time is 2-5 days

and like farrell said, his service could get cut off anytime

They (Unlocking London) once sold me a clone Div dongle and would not reply to my e-mails or refund me. But Jan Farrel from Unlocking Spain (who has replied to this) is a good guy!

It could also be because there is a national holiday in the UK at the moment.

Try them tommorow, they should be back at work then.

Maybe so but this has been outstanding for two weeks now and still nothing I've never known anything like this from UnlocKing.net it's something like this that makes you think twice about sending money to anyone over the Internet.
