I dunno what's up with these guys. I have ordered with them once before and took days to acknowledge my payment. I thought I would give them another try and of course this time even more disastrous. I make a payment and its been a week now going back and forth trying to get an order sent out.

They got a super nice website, all professional but their payment system really ***** hard!!! And if you live on the other side of the earth from them like I do then correspondence is horrendous, literally takes a week to make an order.

I tried to order SPTBox from them, they said they don't know if or even when they will get it in.....that's a great way to make business. Asked them to refund me for the box and send my cables and no answer, like I said, not impressed.

I guess they are doing so well in business they don't need mine.

It is always sad to see unhappy custumers. In fact we are waiting for cards delivery of SPT. I know this is not your problem but unfortunotly we are still in wait as you are.

My only wish is convice you that our custumer service is even better than our design.
